ভবিষ্যতের অপেক্ষায়
জীবনে বিরহ বেদনার উপাখ্যান
শহীদের আত্ম বলিদানের কথা জানিয়ে যায়
রেখে যায় কলি ফুল হয়ে ওঠার বার্তা
ফুলের সে সুগন্ধ যা বাতাসে ছড়ায়।
যে ব্যথা বনানীর নীরব ক্রন্দন শীতের ঠান্ডায়
এঁকে দেয় ভবিষ্যতের উজ্জ্বলতম সকাল
যে থাকে ফাগুনের অপেক্ষায়।
গ্রীষ্মের উষ্ণতম দিন নোনাধরা ঘাম
ডেকে আনে ক্লান্তিকর পরিবেশ জ্যোৎস্নার সন্ধ্যায়
সে থাকে ব্যস্ত জংগলের সবুজ রক্ষায়
সে বর্ষাসিক্ত মেঘের কথা জানায়।
জীবনের সস্তা সুখতম দিন
অস্থিতি জীবনের বার্তা পাঠায়
ভর্তি যা জীবন প্রচ্ছদের অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনায়।
